Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP and Digital Services within assigned territory or industry vertical.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
Execute end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ business challenges and recommending SAP and digital solutions that address their needs.
Regularly engage with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Present and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors) and digital services, including analytics, automation, and cloud transformation.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify clients' business challenges and customize solutions that deliver maximum value.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and tailor solutions that meet complex client requirements.
Keep up to date with SAP and digital transformation trends, as well as competitor offerings, to provide relevant insights to clients.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and represent the company, as well as to stay informed about market developments.
Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to help inform product development and strategic direction.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for SAP and Digital Services.
Provide regular updates to sales leadership on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with marketing, presales, and delivery teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of closed deals and successful project kick-offs.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights from the field and influence product/service offerings.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software, IT services, or digital transformation solutions, with a strong focus on SAP solutions or digital services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, solution-based selling environment.
Familiarity with SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) and digital transformation solutions like analytics, automation (e.g., RPA), and cloud technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, compelling way.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience developing high-value relationships with senior decision-makers.

Preferred

Experience in selling to industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or retail.
SAP certifications or other relevant certifications (e.g., cloud or analytics certifications).
Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
