Responsibilities
Deliver efficient, accurate, and prompt processing of location and client payrolls
Communicate with employees about their paychecks and W-2s
Ensure regulatory compliance relating to payroll processing (i.e., Federal, State, and Local Reporting, etc.)
Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure prompt and complete SLAs are met for internal/external clients
Review and process all appropriate county, city, state, municipality, and federal tax filings, reporting, and payments
Maintain basic employee data (e.g., new hires, address updates, rate changes, etc.)
Handle involuntary deductions (e.g., tax levies, child support, etc.) and voluntary deductions (e.g., direct deposits, health care, 401K, etc.)
Ensure invoices generated from finalized payroll data are complete, accurate, and submitted for billing
Process payroll and transmit report data to operations and accounting teams, including specialized weekly or monthly reports
Support various departments including payroll, accounting, management, and property personnel by carrying out related duties and special projects
Other duties as assigned

Required
Experience processing payroll is required.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel
Competent in Microsoft Office programs, ADP RUN/WFN, and PRO software knowledge a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Effective team player with the ability to work independently
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to all team members
