Responsibilities

Administer and implement compensation programs to and structure by conducting job evaluations, market pricing, determine job grades, and analyze market data to ensure company's competitive pay position.
Assist in the administration of base pay and bonus programs, including compensation planning cycle and bonus cycles.
Participates in a variety of compensation surveys to collect and analyze market data on the company's competitive position.
Investigates and recommends resolution on classification, job leveling questions and FLSA exemptions.
Act as an internal consultant to the HR team and the business regarding hiring, promotion, compensation planning cycle and related compensation activities; communicate salary and bonus programs as needed.
Assist managers in developing job descriptions, making pay and job leveling recommendations.
Provide advice and guidance regarding SRI’s salary structure and compensation philosophy.
Communicate and uphold department policies and procedures.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners to educate managers on compensation programs.
Partner with HRIS in the development of a portfolio of dashboards and reports for analytics.
Prepares recommendations and special compensation studies.
Support audits by providing custom reports and data validation.
Manage invoices and payments for salary surveys and outside services.
Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience and exposure to the field.
Must have a good understanding of broad-based compensation programs (base/bonus/equity), pay for performance, benchmarking/market data, job evaluation, etc.
Demonstrated analytical thought and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
Possess high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.
Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on problem solving.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
