Responsibilities
Lead software feature delivery for satellite connectivity customers in the Aviation market.
Work with business, engineering development and product management teams to facilitate project execution and improve operational efficiency.
Establish effective relationships with business leaders, project teams and stakeholders.
Lead, direct, and motivate cross-discipline teams across multiple organizations and geographic sites.
Manage execution of multiple concurrent projects.
Perform work triage, define and document scope, plan delivery, and own execution of software delivery.
Present project status, schedules, and metrics to account management teams, customers, and Program Management leadership.
Handle risks, drive resolution of bugs, coordinate software release, and lead scope changes.

Required
5+ years of experience in Project Management in software development, as described above
Proficiency in monitoring, managing, and reporting project level breakthroughs, risks, issues, and decisions.
Extensive problem-solving skills, and ability to drive resolutions to closure
Ability to run project communications internally to teams/collaborators/leadership and externally to customers
Organization skills to lead multiple projects concurrently, for multiple customers
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and intrapersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and standard processes.
Experience working within Agile Development Frameworks
Experience handling project scope and deliverables, including change control methodologies
Preferred
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience with commercial or business aviation industry
Experience with scaled Agile implementation
