Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, aligning HR solutions with immediate and long-term business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and COEs to implement HR initiatives that support workforce trends, objectives, and organizational priorities.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies including interviewing and supporting managers in effective selection to meet dynamic needs and ensure continuity.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations matters, handling complex issues with professionalism and in alignment with organizational policies and labor laws.
Ensure HR processes and procedures adhere to DOE, OFCCP, and state/local regulatory standards, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams as needed.
Change Management & Organizational Development
Support change management efforts in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance adaptability and ensure smooth transitions.
People Foundations
Cultivate Innovation and Collaboration: Promote a workplace culture aligned with Orbia’s values of innovation, agility, and collaboration to drive employee engagement and organizational success.
HR Analytics & Metrics
Utilize HR metrics to track KPIs (e.g., turnover, engagement, time-to-hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
Minimum of 8 years in an HR role, such as HRBP, Sr. HRBP or HR leader, with broad experience across multiple core HR functions, such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage complex HR challenges and support operations within a dynamic and regulated environment.
Demonstrated understanding of employment law, labor relations, and compliance.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR ERP software (i.e. Success Factors).
Preferred
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or Organizational Development preferred.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with experience managing HR in multi-site, regulated industries (i.e. chemical or manufacturing).
This position may require occasional travel to different operational sites and offices.
