Responsibilities

Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team of regional sales managers and account managers, driving alignment with company goals.

Lead quarterly business reviews, customer connection meetings, and Academy sessions to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
Champion customer success by removing barriers to sales and working closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional value.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic-level customer engagements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally in the manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors.
5–10 years of proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
High-speed internet and phone connectivity are required for remote work.
