Responsibilities

Identify new commercial opportunities and build value propositions for Adobe Commerce sales plays
Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business for Adobe’s Commerce solutions within an existing Adobe customer base.
Build and implement a comprehensive account and territory plan to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
Handle, coordinate, collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions.
Continuously review the Commerce market landscape, identifying partnership opportunities and solution play offerings that will position Adobe as the market leader
Develop and provide strategic and tactical plays to customers and solicit feedback on business capabilities to provide actionable insights to the Adobe’s product management team.

Required

A minimum of 5 years’ prior enterprise-level outside software sales experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.
Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce or similar ecommerce solutions, along with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions.
Skilled solution seller with consistently proven track record on value-based selling and a history of exceeding quota.
Must have strong skills in the following: outstanding communication (verbal and written), presentation skills, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Creative self-starter: ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

Master’s degree preferred.
