Responsibilities

Develop and create content for Instagram and Pinterest (static content) that enhance GWEs online visibility as an ingredient and non-toxic living expert, help to grow engagement, and build brand reputation that aligns with the GWE brand and audience. You will work alongside the Copy Editor for caption copy.
Manage content calendar and content strategies to ensure that all content is cohesive and executed by all deadlines and that brand messaging and voice is consistent.
Assist with digital marketing projects such as email marketing, newsletters, our website product database, and future editorial projects.
Manage ManyChat copy and automations by drafting all copy, creating the automations in ManyChat, and analyzing success.
Manage content calendar for all social media content to ensure that all content is cohesive and executed by all deadlines and that brand messaging and voice is consistent.
Organize end of month reporting and data for all verticals (social, newsletter, and website) alongside the team.
Build and manage content for Broadcast Channel and Link In Bio Platform (ex: LinkTree, Stan Store).
Assist in community management by analyzing Q+A’s and the GWE Facebook group and researching new software that can enhance our processes and growth.

Required

You are familiar with how to use Canva to create graphics for social media channels and any other channels needed.
You are very familiar with social media platforms (Instagram + Pinterest) and have experience in content creation and content management.
You are proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
You are able to analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
You have the ability to see opportunities to repurpose content: you can see opportunity for content to be reused or reshared in a unique way.
You thrive in a creative fast moving environment and enjoy coming up with ideas that fit brands’ objectives and audience.
You have a knack for monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to utilize trends in a way that fits the GWE brand and audience.
You are able to meet all deadlines and have strong time management skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills: you can easily communicate ideas and feedback.
You are a quick learner and have the ability to jump into projects: with a get things done mentality in a fast moving industry.
You have collaboration skills and the ability to work with a team: you feel comfortable working with different people across the organization.
You feel aligned with the content our platform shares and have an interest in non-toxic living.

Preferred

Bonus if you have experience in WordPress, FloDesk, and Monday.com.
