Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions.
Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., .NET, PowerShell).
Create custom web parts, workflows, and other components to extend SharePoint functionality.
Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
Provide technical support for SharePoint applications.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, PowerShell, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility for government clearance (U.S citizenship required)
Preferred
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Certifications in SharePoint development or Microsoft 365.
Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.
Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
