Responsibilities
Provide program evaluation research and analytical support to multiple evaluation studies
Draft quantitative and qualitative data collection tools (e.g., surveys, focus group/interview questions)
Clean datasets, apply and interpret descriptive and inferential statistics
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using software including R, Excel, Dedoose, etc.
Conduct or provide support for focus groups and interviews, and summarize findings
Develop templates, summaries, graphics, charts, and tables to display findings
Draft written and graphic reports summarizing qualitative, quantitative, and general evaluation findings
Format and edit reports, identifying appropriate visuals that enhance reporting and enrich stories
Participate in meetings with clients and partners, representing LPC authentically and reliably
Maintain day-to-day communication with clients
Monitor timelines and reporting schedules, proactively working towards deadlines
Engage with the LPC Team as an integrated and enthusiastic collaborative partner
Support proposal and business development processes, when needed

Required
Coursework/training in mixed methods data analysis
3-5 years of professional experience with social science data analysis, visualization/data storytelling in R
Experience in Program Evaluation research
Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with data analysis, visualization, and design software (R, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite)
Experience using Asana project management software daily for task management and collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of different data types and appropriate chart types
Strong professional written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented and committed to completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated collaborative disposition and desire to work closely with project team members and clients
Understanding of program budgets and ability to work within budget constraints
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work independently, in a fully remote work environment
Preferred
Highly skilled data analyst, with data visualization/storytelling experience
College degree in Social Sciences or related field, Master's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative social science research methods
Ability to perform intermediate inferential statistical analyses and qualitative coding/analysis
Experience in professional services consultation work
Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly valued
