Responsibilities

Aggregate and consolidate service revenue, service details, from multiple systems into finished reporting products on key equipment service statistics.

Respond to field requests to produce customer level reports on Field Service KPI’s for Field Management Reviews with DSO customers.

Work closely with FSOMs to improve customer programs, track strategic projects and improve Customer experience.

Complete monthly and quarterly customer service reporting; provide first level trend review.

Identify potential opportunities for improvement to potentially increase productivity revenue and customer service benefits.

Assist with DSO service revenue and program tracking.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Required

Strong Analytical and communication skills

Use of Microsoft Office suite including MS Access

Advanced level use and experience with Excel

Knowledge of PowerBI

Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
