Required
Proven experience in the marketing agency industry, specializing in advertising, digital marketing, and activation campaigns.
A track record of high-value sales success (average deal size: $10M+ in monthly revenue).
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, capable of securing large-scale, long-term contracts.
Strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to thrive on a commission-only basis.
Proven ability to close high-value deals ($10M+ revenue per month).
Expertise in structuring and negotiating contracts for long-term partnerships.
Strong persuasion skills to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels.
In-depth knowledge of marketing agency services, including Digital Marketing, PR & Branding, Advertising & Creative Solutions, Marketing Campaigns (OOH/DOOH, Activation Campaigns).
Understanding of client needs in various industries and how marketing solutions can address them.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
Strong client servicing skills to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and loyalty.
Identifying market trends, industry insights, and competitive landscapes to tailor pitches.
Assessing potential clients' pain points and crafting solutions to meet their goals.
Crafting customized, compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs.
Demonstrating ROI for proposed solutions in a clear, data-driven manner.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
Ability to prioritize high-value opportunities to maximize commission earnings.
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic advertising tools, and analytics platforms.
Understanding of digital campaign metrics (CPC, ROI, CTR, etc.).
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Proficiency in sales pipeline management and tracking tools.
Proficiency in creating polished presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Strong visual storytelling and data visualization skills.
Thrives in commission-only roles and high-pressure sales environments.
