Responsibilities
10+ years of professional collections experience, 5+ years of experience collecting large ticket auto deficiency, RV deficiency, and collateralized bank/ credit union accounts
Experience working charge-offs, pre-litigation accounts and judgment enforcement
Strong understanding of FDCPA, CFPB, SCRA, GLBA and all other state and federal laws pertaining to debt collection. Preferred ACA Compliance Accreditation
Preferred Experience with Columbia Ultimate Business Systems (CUBS) and Lateral software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
Professional record of reliability and long term employment, we are not looking for a job hopper
Must thrive in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
Preferred College Degree
