Responsibilities
Screen, interview and evaluate candidates during video interviews, while maintaining a high standard of business professionalism
Using HR recruiting best practices, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Utilize, update and maintain applicant tracking system to efficiently manage high-volume recruitment process
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Assist in the communication process between potential test scorers and DRC, respond to inquiries and manage the application process

Required
A minimum of 2 years in a bachelor’s program and be currently enrolled or graduated with a major in HR or a related area
Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
