Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or fax

Required
Reliable internet connection to work from home
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in Pharmacy or PBM
Preferred
Bachelor Degree
Previous industry experience
HIPAA certification
Pharmacy Technician Certification
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Excel with specific skills in sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge/understanding of HIPAA privacy guidelines
