Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and new hire onboarding.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist in drafting and updating company policies and the employee handbook.
Maintain HR records and employee files.
Administer HR platforms like Gusto and Trainual, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
Coordinate and track performance review processes.
Support managers in providing constructive feedback and employee development plans.
Develop and facilitate training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and skill development initiatives.
Generate and analyze HR metrics, including retention, turnover, and workforce planning.
Prepare reports for leadership.
Oversee leave management processes and assist with payroll coordination as needed.
Identify and plan for future talent needs, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.

Required
Proven experience in HR or related roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HR software and systems, including Gusto and Trainual.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred
Recruiting experience for marketing agencies is a plus.
PHR or educational equivalent.
Experience writing and updating policy.
