Bridge the gap between sales and support.
Be available at every stage of the customer’s journey.
Instill confidence and build trust with customers.
Absorb information and learn everything about the products to be an excellent resource to customers.
Understand the importance of churn, revenue, and advocacy in the organization.
Influence churn, revenue, and advocacy as a Customer Success Manager.
Use leadership, professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge to reduce churn, increase revenue, and promote advocacy.
Effectively build a sense of belonging among employees who differ from one another.
Be a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver.

Required
Experience in customer success or a related field
