Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive sales plan to grow market share in the U.S. residential energy storage market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, installers, retailers, and end-users to enhance brand loyalty and drive adoption.
Market Analysis: Identify opportunities for growth by evaluating customer needs and industry trends, while targeting untapped regions for expansion.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and direction to meet and exceed targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and company objectives align.
Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics, generate regular reports, and present progress and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required
A minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy or residential energy storage space.
In-depth familiarity with residential energy storage solutions, including batteries, inverters, and energy management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in crafting and executing sales strategies in competitive markets.
Residing in the U.S., with a willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and team engagements.
A strong focus on achieving sales goals with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
