Responsibilities

Leading and managing financial audits for a diverse range of clients.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business operations, processes, and functions.
Identifying scope changes and adjusting audit plans accordingly.
Preparing and presenting financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and records, evaluating internal controls, and testing financial transactions.
Preparing cost budgets for audit engagements and monitoring performance against budget.
Advising clients on financial reporting and compliance matters.
Utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with government regulations and benefit plans.

Required

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, and financial reporting.
Extensive knowledge of GAAP standards and experience in preparing financial reports.
Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience in working with diverse industries such as casinos, government, manufacturing, real estate, and high net worth individuals.
Familiarity with government regulations and benefit plans.
Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
