Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to significantly increase doola's brand visibility and followers across platforms
Partner with our Content Manager and Video Producer to create outstanding social media content
Foster active community engagement to build a loyal customer base, ensuring interactive communication and timely responses to queries and comments on all platforms
Utilize content creation tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to craft compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and incorporate relevant practices to keep doola's social media strategies ahead of the curve
Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies

Required
2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts with a proven track record of enhancing social media presence and engagement
Proficient in using major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and familiar with social media planning tools like Notion
Capable of producing high-quality visual content using tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Knowledgeable about business and entrepreneurship with the ability to engage a target audience that includes aspiring founders and entrepreneurs
A self-starter who is motivated to communicate doola’s mission and drive engagement through innovative social media strategies
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to operate within the PST timezone for meetings
