Responsibilities
Performing design reviews of civil/structural design components
Developing junior staff members
Contributing to bids and proposal development
Taking a responsible engineer role on main client projects
Overseeing the work and ensuring quality control on design packages
Site-visits to client substation facilities
Occasional travel for client meetings and industry related events
Complying with quality control and safe work practices
Maintaining compliance with project scope, schedule and budget expectations

Required
Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Civil-Structural Engineering
PE Licensure
Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint & MATHCAD software
Experience with STAAD.Pro, RISA 3D, FAD Tools, SAFE, SAG10, and LPILE software
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation
Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff
Willingness to travel, up to 25%
Preferred
Experience in front-facing client operations such as lunch and learns, and kick-off meetings
