Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Must have their own sourcing tools. Utilize all platforms (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Networking Groups, Etc.) to identify and engage with qualified candidates for our open positions.
Initial Outreach: Reach out to potential candidates to introduce them to the roles and gauge their interest.
Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, ensuring they are fully informed and excited about the opportunities.
Resume Collection: Collect and review resumes to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
Candidate Qualification: Screen candidates based on job descriptions and qualifications to match them with the role opportunities available.
Communicative Support: Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to provide feedback on candidates and improve sourcing strategies.
Fast Turnaround: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Required
Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting (experience sourcing for niche roles is a plus).
Strong ability to quickly identify and qualify top-quality candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
