Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, and product launches for both online and offline stores.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
