Responsibilities
Establish and maintain accurate financial statements
Lead the implementation of the company’s inaugural ERP system
Prepare for, and manage the annual audit process
Lead on FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and investor relations
Develop and implement internal controls and risk management strategies
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams as projects develop to troubleshoot and build scalable processes
Implement scalable tracking processes around manufacturing and inventory management

Required
10+ years of finance and accounting experience
Experience working in a hardware manufacturing business
Experience implementing an ERP system
Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff and with external stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in renewable energy
Startup Experience
Understanding of or experience in project accounting
Investment banking or Big 4 Accounting Experience
