Required
Exceptional client or partner-facing experience. Previous roles should encompass relationship management paired with project management, such as consulting, partnerships, business development, or growth/expansion. Understanding that much of the work includes communication and coordination, with substantial payoffs.
Understanding of healthcare. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is essential. Experience at clearinghouses, revenue cycle management businesses, healthcare providers, or payers is advantageous.
Master at navigating ambiguity. There may not be a universal roadmap for initiating, advancing, and launching payer partnerships; the individual will be expected to create it.
Experience managing a large pipeline or multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring all threads are followed. A highly responsive, organized, and thorough nature is critical, with minimal oversight required.
Technically proficient. Capability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, with knowledge in automating repetitive tasks.
Determined to get the job done. Resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, and proactive engagement are key traits for success.
Ability to move quickly. The organization operates at a fast pace, and the ideal candidate must match this urgency in communication and actions, both externally with payers and internally with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented. Willingness to engage in any task, regardless of size, to achieve success, generate revenue, and improve costs.
