Responsibilities

Product Specification Development: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create clear, actionable product specifications that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, visit customer warehouses, gather feedback, and ensure our solutions effectively address customer pain points and challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to develop and deliver training materials that highlight our product’s wholesale and B2B capabilities.

Customer Service Training: Develop and conduct training sessions to empower customer-facing teams with the knowledge to support and communicate product features effectively.

Expertise in Wholesale and B2B Processes: In-depth understanding of B2B workflows including retailer routing guides and compliance, wholesale best practices, as well as customer-specific requirements.

Strategic Understanding: Ability to grasp the 'whys' behind business processes, not just the 'hows', and leverage that insight to guide decision-making.

Decision-Making and Leadership: Be opinionated about decisions and actively help guide the direction of the product to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Collaborative Approach: Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional team environments.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Adept at identifying and addressing customer pain points with practical solutions.
