Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze requirements.
Document complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, and training materials.
Conduct formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
Perform hands-on, end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
Develop and maintain test scripts, and support multiple test cycles.
Ensure project documentation adheres to established guidelines and best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members using collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
Contribute to project planning by estimating work and setting achievable deadlines.

Required
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects.
8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
8+ years of extensive experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents.
Proven ability to conduct formal work sessions and deliver functional analysis presentations.
8+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
