Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent EHS platform implementations from kickoff to completion

Design and configure custom solutions that align with each client's unique needs

Partner with internal teams to seamlessly integrate systems and solve complex challenges

Build strong client relationships through clear communication and expert guidance

Master our EHS platform to become a trusted technical advisor

Ensure smooth transitions to our Customer Success team post-implementation

Required

4+ years of customer-facing project management or technical implementation experience

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly master new platforms

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across MS Office suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in EHS or related field is a plus
