Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions, specializing in Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), and AIOps.

Develop integrations with third-party tools to support ITOM event management and AIOps deployment.

Configure event/alert management rules and remediation workflows to reduce incident volumes.

Correlate alerts from various monitoring tools for a unified enterprise operations view.

Support operations teams in reducing alert noise and optimizing service restoration times.

Configure predictive AIOps and HLA to proactively address potential service impacts.

Enhance service availability and operational performance through automation and analytics.
