Responsibilities

Required
3-6 years of experience in HR or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to objectively meet difficult and/or emotional situations in a professional and tactful manner
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and make timely and sound decisions
Willingness to do occasional travel
Flexibility in working hours to cover several time zones
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, user research, or customer experience roles, preferably in the tech industry
3+ years in a leadership role managing design and research teams
Strong ability to analyze data and translate customer insights into actionable design strategies
Experience working in the software or tech industry
Expertise with industry-standard UX and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision)
Strong background in usability testing, A/B testing, and setting up processes for user feedback collection
Experience in establishing, tracking, and managing UX metrics to drive continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various levels across the organization
Preferred
Experience with platforms like UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Google Analytics
Experience with research and testing platforms (e.g., Hotjar, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop)
