Responsibilities
Manage licensor submissions, from concept to production stage, within licensor portals.
Maintain licensed projects by season, ensuring smooth execution.
Collaborate with the Production team in weekly licensing meetings.
Track the status of each licensing style in Asana. ( tracking software)
Assist the Creative team with assets and licensing portal sign-ins.
Advocate for the approval of challenging concepts with licensors.
Keep track of deadlines, follow up on approvals, and oversee samples for 200+ styles simultaneously.
Maintain a log of contractual samples required to be sent to licensors.

Required
Licensor portal experience.
1–2+ years working with licensed products.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Positive attitude and a friendly, collaborative approach.
Quick learner
Good communication skills
Familiar with Licensor portals and Microsoft Excel
