Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to capture requirements and build reporting solutions
Assist in predictive intervention strategy analytics and track the progress of such interventions
Develop reporting for Medical Record Review projects and track team productivity
Conduct root cause analysis for business data issues and provide insights using statistical tools
Serve as a subject matter expert in HEDIS to improve health plan performance on underperforming measures

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
5+ years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning of data
5+ years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries and data design
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
3+ years of experience in statistical analysis and forecasting of trends in HEDIS rates
Preferred
Familiarity with Data Science techniques and programming languages like Python and R
3+ years of experience in predictive modeling in healthcare quality data
Experience in analyzing HEDIS rate tracking and interventions for Medicaid, Marketplace, or Medicare/MMP
