Responsibilities
Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead technical teams in implementing and managing HRSD solutions.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and deliver thought leadership.
Develop business cases and support business development initiatives.

Required
8+ years of experience with engaging with stakeholders to define solution requirements and improvements.
8+ years of experience with designing integrations and interfaces with other systems.
8+ years of experience with designing and understanding data models.
8+ years of experience with managing customer relationships with strong oral and written communication skills.
5+ years of experience with architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
5+ years of experience with leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
5+ years of experience with collaborating with executives to create roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations.
5+ years of experience with developing roadmaps for technical growth and innovation.
Bachelor's degree.
Candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background check.
Preferred
ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
Familiarity with other ServiceNow products.
Knowledge of other HR technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone OnDemand).
Understanding of Agile development methodology with a willingness to share knowledge.
Experience with Federal agencies, including their requirements and workflows.
Master’s degree.
