Responsibilities
Design and implement AWS cloud architectures with a focus on data management and storage.
Lead the integration, optimization, and management of Snowflake within AWS environments.
Develop end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Ensure secure, high-performing, and scalable Snowflake implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with security best practices, data governance, and regulatory standards.
Perform cost optimization strategies for AWS and Snowflake solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members on AWS and Snowflake best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an AWS Architect, with strong proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, CloudFormation, etc.).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake (design, setup, optimization, and integration).
Strong expertise in SQL for Snowflake and experience with performance tuning.
Proven experience designing scalable and secure data architectures in AWS.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Talend, Informatica, or Apache Airflow).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
SnowPro Certification (Snowflake Certification).
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
Experience with data lake architectures and hybrid cloud solutions.
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) for data integration.
Knowledge of other data tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for visualization.
