Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise for the configuration and administration of IT Service Management tools
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and failures
Develop and maintain user interfaces and custom scripts for applications
Manage application deployments and maintain supporting infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ITSM processes

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in IT Service Management or enterprise applications
Strong understanding of web technologies (XML, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, CSS)
Advanced proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred
ITIL v3 Foundations certification
Experience mentoring less experienced staff
Ability to lead initiatives and manage projects
Proficiency in database queries (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment
