Analyze current workflows and processes.

Analyze systems used to support key processes.

Document “as is” state from a people, process and technology standpoint.

Develop blueprint for “future state”.

Recommend new processes/process redesign to ensure efficiency and synergies.

Identify opportunities to automate specific processes.

Recommend technology rationalization along 5Rs.

Current State Assessment Report:

• Detailed documentation of the current state of overall provider management and payment configuration processes.

• Assessment of provider management with respect to people, process and technology.

• Identification of silos and inefficiencies.

Future State Roadmap:

• Comprehensive roadmap outlining the recommended improvements which are process, people and technology/application related.

• Benefits analysis for each proposed improvement.
