Responsibilities
Manage Implementation Projects: Oversee all stages of large group implementations, from pre-sale planning through post-launch support.
Drive Innovation: Use your experience to enhance implementation processes and establish scalable best practices.
Coordinate Across Teams: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Tailor Solutions: Partner with clients to understand their needs, guide them through our offerings, and develop implementation plans tailored to their goals.
Proactively Solve Problems: Identify challenges and risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Set the Benchmark: Maintain high standards for data accuracy, system integration, and compliance.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in group benefits or voluntary benefits insurance, with a focus on large group implementations.
A Life and Health license in your resident state is required.
You’re highly organized and excel at managing multiple priorities and timelines.
You’re comfortable working with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
You approach challenges with practical, effective solutions and keep projects moving forward.
Preferred
Familiarity with enrollment platforms (e.g., bswift, PlanSource, Employee Navigator) is strongly preferred.
