Responsibilities
Oversee time & attendance, process payroll for Costa Rica and assist with Americas payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil).
Manage Deferred Comp and ESPP fidelity, offer customer service and support, and serve as backup to the Payroll Manager.
Execute timely and accurate payroll in compliance with regulations and SOX requirements.
Perform file uploads/interfaces with ADP/Workday/Fidelity and other providers.
Support internal and external payroll inquiries and assist with audit requests effectively.

Required
Strong knowledge of Costa Rica local taxation and regulations.
Senior level proficiency in payroll processing, account reconciliations, and SOX controls.
Experience and proficiency with ADP Vantage US, ADP WFN, and other mentioned platforms.
