Responsibilities

Support Lafayette Square initiatives across the firm.

Perform or assist with core activities alongside internal teams by applying knowledge learned to drive business results.

Learn to collect, evaluate, and analyze a variety of data across collaborative technology platforms to deliver impactful insights to the firm.

Actively engage in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise specific to the needs of the firm.

Attend and participate in all firm-wide and department specific meetings to better understand current and future projects and company objectives.

Participate in social learning across the organization by identifying and networking with business representatives and peers, participate in job shadowing, mentoring and community outreach.

Required

Working towards a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or technology relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering).

Mature, responsible, and entrepreneurial qualities to complement the existing team.

Highly analytical mindset with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.

Extensive skills and experience in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Suite platforms.

Strong initiative with the motivation to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of techniques and technology platforms that can promote effective communication, collaboration, and data processing across the firm.

Flexibility in adapting to a changing start-up environment.
