Responsibilities

Proven working experience in the technical aspects of broadcast operations, production, or video production deployment

+3 years of overall relevant experience

Familiarity with key media protocols, including RTMP, HLS, and SRT

Experience with debugging PC video equipment such as webcams, virtual video devices, and microphones

Experience configuring media servers

Ability to examine log files, diagnose issues, and capture bug reports to feed back to development

Able to debug IP/TCP/UDP network issues using tools such as tcpdump or wireshark

Able to regularly support partner issues during weekend evenings, and a preference at attending the weekly team scheduling meeting at noon EST on Tuesday

Communicate in a professional manner with other team members in formal and informal manners (including video calls, Slack, email)
