Responsibilities

Design and produce 3D renders of products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences.

Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for new and existing products.

Complete label and packaging dielines, ensuring accuracy and print readiness.

Prepare vector files and other design assets for production and manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure designs meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the CPG and pet care industries.

Required

Proven experience in packaging design, 3D rendering, and graphic design, preferably in the direct to consumer industry.

Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Blender, KeyShot, Cinema 4D).

Working knowledge of Figma.

Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.

Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
