Prepare and make court appearances for substantive litigation work.
Work closely with a hard-driving partner who has tried precedent-setting cases.

Required
5+ years of litigation experience.
Strong understanding of California civil procedure and/or elder abuse law.
Ability to work independently and pick up new concepts quickly.
Preferred
Previous experience in mass tort or high-volume pre-litigation environments is not ideal for this role.
