Responsibilities
Lead the front-end engineering team to deliver high-quality React-based applications.
Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions to enhance our Electronic Heath Records.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.
Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and testing procedures to ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable code.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Drive the technical roadmap for front-end engineering, identifying opportunities for improvement in performance, maintainability, and feature development.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all solutions are efficient, reusable, and align with company objectives.
Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Work closely with leadership to align technical goals with the broader business strategy.

Required
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on front-end development.
Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience with React, including modern patterns such as functional components, hooks, and context API.
Must be proficient in Next.js, including building server-side rendered (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) applications, performance tuning, and cache optimization, or equivalent experience with similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Familiarity with building and optimizing front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting coding standards and fostering a collaborative development culture.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
