Responsibilities

Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes

Prepare client status reports by consolidating input from the project team

Contribute to process documentation; creating process flows

Gathering and documenting application requirements

Preparing reports to summarize findings/solutions for stakeholders

Assist leadership with task coordination, tracking, and ensuring deadlines are met

Create PowerPoint presentations with direction from team leadership

Testing and Validating Application Requirements

Document business processes and maintain up-to-date records

Required

3+ years of Business Analyst experience

Proven ability to document processes and coordinate projects effectively

Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills

Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements

Experience driving projects to completion with cross-functional team collaboration

Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
