Responsibilities

Project Billing and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and timely project invoices and billing documentation. Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper project milestone billing

Project Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions of project contracts or agreements. Review project contracts to understand financial requirements, billing milestones, and revenue recognition criteria.

Oversee the issuance and management of change orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage billing functions efficiently to ensure timely invoicing and payment

Prepare and maintain project budgets

Track project expenses and revenue

Analyze project financial data and provide insights to project managers

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Manage project billing and invoicing process

Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Assist with project forecasting, planning and reconciling
