Responsibilities
Drive overall B-series business plan to achieve attach rate, unit, and revenue growth in the North America region.
Work within the HPE sales ecosystem to support B-series success within the HPE Server & Storage go-to-market initiatives.
Utilize HPE data and insights to report North America outcomes, trends, and insights.
Drive Tech Refresh in North America region and share best practices globally.
Drive and optimize B-series sales programs in North America region and communicate Supplier’s sales programs globally.
Work with Supplier to enable HPE North America GTM ecosystem and share best practices globally.
Works with focused program managers to drive business growth both in existing and new market segments and accounts.
Rigorously qualifies opportunities for active pursuit based on the probability of success and the intelligent allocation of the company's resources.
Continually builds & reinforces client's perception of the company and its solutions as a credible partner.
Develops and champions the business justification for complex service solutions to ensure a successful engagement.
Educates account team about solutions to increase their understanding and appreciation of its contribution to overall client account retention and the company profitability.
Help Sales to position the value of the available programs.
Manage lead generation activities of the business program.
Fulfill a coaching/mentoring role towards the countries to help build local business development skills.
Schedule and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Required
Typically 7+ years in the Services or Solutions business, Sales, Business Development or Engagement.
Advanced University degree preferable.
Business Development & Management.
Market Research and Analysis.
Develop long-term account and marketing strategy.

Plan for future business opportunities.
Sales and Opportunity Building.
Assesses regional sales for emerging customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and market trend.

Financially savvy to meet financial targets.
Strong knowledge of the company's service products, particular vertical industry, particular service business area, or solution speciality.
Knowledge & awareness of total company portfolio at value add level.
Strategic thinking/planning.
Proposal creation.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Strong customer IT understanding.
Build & lead extended teams.
Drive project negotiations.
This role is open to US candidates working remote within the United States, but there will be an expectation of traveling 50%+ for this role.
