Responsibilities

Facilitate and attend client meetings.

Client relationship management (high visibility with c-level executives).

Data Analysis and interpretation.

Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business.

Process Mapping and identifying opportunities for improved processes.

Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems.

Present findings to client in concise and clear manner.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.

2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

An understanding of business dynamics and challenges, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work with a sense of urgency.

Ensure deadlines, analysis, documentation, timelines and deliverables are met.

Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information.

Flexibility to travel up to 50% each month
