Responsibilities

Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day project needs to ensure on-time completions

Create and maintain a fluid and effective project schedule

Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished

Serve as the key liaison between internal teams

Forecast deficiencies, risks and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions

Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules and ensure that delivery is smooth and well-received by the client, maintaining the client relationship and that all delivery needs are met

Follow-up and follow through on all aspects of the project

Manage tasks, deliverables and track feedback via our task-management tool

Supervise the maintenance of the project status tracker and ensure that clients are well-informed regarding the status of the project and that clients provide any necessary information or assets

Required

3+ years of project management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated critical thinking ability

Comfort working in Google Docs and Google sheets for organization and project tracking

Preferred

Deep proficiency in Asana (strongly preferred) or other task-management tools
