Responsibilities
Collaborates with the CBA to manage and refine the Division of DD’s policy’s regarding risk prevention.
Coaches and mentors' area Tier Two leads to implement and refine systematic interventions to build risk prevention capacity and increase quality of life
Collaborates directly with the internal and external stakeholders to increase the Department and provider network capacity to provide effective risk prevention.
Assist the CBA to design monthly data gathering systems to facilitate the monitoring of state-level training implementation of targeted prevention supports across the care continuum.
Complete monthly, quarterly and/or annual data analysis and reports to determine efficacy and efficiency of Tier Two processes.
Support the CBA in the review and enhancement of policy related to targeted prevention.
Assess trends in various data sets to identify system needs and effective interventions.
Conduct data collection and analysis for work efforts such as workgroups, committees and training projects.
Assist the CBA to design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate the Division of DD’s Tier Two, targeted prevention implementation process.
Build and maintain systemic structure and tools promoting standards of skill development for all levels of stakeholders.
Develop data and tracking systems to monitor progress agencies participating in the Tier Two process and Tier Two team member consultation to agencies.
Assist the CBA to develop training curriculum, policy, reports, and participate in workgroups to address identified system needs.
Assist the CBA to develop, educate and oversee the use of best practices for design and implementation of Tier Two Support model and strategies in an effort to assist individuals, families, contracted providers and state staff to help individuals live in their most integrated setting across the state.
Provide leadership, oversight, and consultation to Tier Two Area Leads to build capacity and skills through development and implementation of training related to targeted prevention, data collection and analysis, and implementation of tiered supports processes.
Participate in workgroups, committees and projects that address identified system needs
Work to enhance provider development and collaboration to improve capacity and services for individuals across the care continuum.
Consult with providers to support program and service innovation and development to maximize the impact of targeted prevention supports
Engage in and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with Department staff and external stakeholders (i. e. as in an interdisciplinary model).
Follow required procedures and guidelines for division employees.
Respond in a timely manner to inquiries, requests for assistance and assignments from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a problem solving, positive attitude, demeanor throughout all work relationships and communications.
Work respectfully within the chain of authority to make suggestions or provide input Department and Division leaders.
Complete reviews, consultations, assigned projects, reports and other documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
Tolerate stressful situations with healthy and stress reducing repertoires and adapt to changes in routine, requirements, and circumstances as necessary.
Maintain proficiency and accuracy of written and verbal communication with a balance of tact and assertiveness.

Qualification

Required
Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, public health or related field with experience in multi-tiered systems of support, public health interventions, or positive behavior support.
Individuals pursuing licensure in behavior analysis, social work or related clinical field with experience in applied behavior analysis, multi-tiered systems of support, public health interventions, or positive behavior support.
Assist the CBA to design monthly data gathering systems to facilitate the monitoring of state-level training implementation of targeted prevention supports across the care continuum.

Preferred
Licensed Behavior Analyst
Licensed Social Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Psychologist with specific training and experience in applied behavior analysis, behavioral systems analysis and design; multi-tiered systems of support; and positive behavior support.
