Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Teamcenter PLM software, working closely with clients to analyze business requirements and customize Teamcenter solutions to align with their needs.
Develop and configure Teamcenter workflows, data models, and user interfaces to meet business-specific requirements. Customize Teamcenter using tools like ITK (Integration Toolkit), Java, and other relevant technologies.
Integrate Teamcenter with external enterprise systems (ERP, CAD tools, etc.) and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
Oversee the migration of legacy product data into Teamcenter, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize product lifecycle management processes, including change management, BOM management, and document control.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with Teamcenter implementations. Manage software updates, patches, and version upgrades.
Deliver training sessions to end-users and create detailed documentation on system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Required
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter PLM software (Teamcenter Engineering, Teamcenter BOM, or other relevant modules).
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization tools (ITK, Java, BMIDE, etc.) and an understanding of Teamcenter architecture.
Proven ability to integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems, such as ERP (SAP), CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, etc.), and other PLM systems.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes, including product data management (PDM), change management, BOM management, and document management.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Java, ITK), web services, and data migration techniques.
Experience in managing or contributing to PLM implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
Preferred
Teamcenter certification or other PLM-related certifications.
Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech engineering.
Experience with Siemens NX, Solid Edge, or other Siemens tools is a plus.
